Basically, this build is my crown jewel. Port onto them, frost nova, blink back, and blizzard away. Follow with frost nova then mirror image and rinse and repeat. Ray of Frost can be spammed in between everything as it is free to cast.

Unleash hell with this fire build.
Spam Fire Bolts, crash meteors and summon Hydras to burn your ennemies.
Teleport and 5 Mirror Images will help you getting out of trouble while your ennemies turn to ashes.

Lightning damage with high synergy makes for a shockingly fun build:

- Hydra is your main Arcane dump
- Use Electrocute to rapidly regain Arcane energy
- Use Shock Pulse on enemies with low HP
- Teleport in emergencies
- Familiar and Storm Armor up at all times

The build is PvE and survivability oriented.

Blast them with Charged Arcane Missile, Obliteration Arcane Orb backed by Arcane Dynamo. Die Hard with Prismatic Energy Armor backed by Galvanizing ward. Control flow of combat with Wormhole Teleport and Time Warp Slow Time backed by Temporal Flux.

It could be very useful for farming!
You have to cast very fast, and thats why I put the spells in the right order so just hit the buttons 2,3,4.
Step by Step:
1. Cast Diamond Skin
2. Port into the enemies
3. hit buttons 2,3,4 on keybord
4. Port back
5. Regain mana with Magiv missle and pasiv

Spectral Blade + Familiar gives Arcane Power.
Use the Arcane for mass Explosive Blasts, and keep Energy Armor/Magic Weapon up at all times. Diamond Skin is for bossing.

As for passives, Galvanizing Ward and Blur give more survivability and Paralysis mixed with Magic Weapons mod is for CC.

This is a full PvP build, great damage and survivability

Throw back to 2nd ed D&D. TP in a group of Mobs, nova, then spam uncontrollable spells. Focus on high damage with high risk.

PvP build to annoy your opponents. Slow Time and Ice spells to snare, Mirror Image with Mimic for distractions + damage, Wave of Force with TP to remove melee threat, and TP with Fracture for escapes and more clones. Passives to reduce damage and cool downs.

-blizzard (use on groups of enemies)

-mirror image (you have 5, use it to get away from enemies)

Teleport in. Drop Nova then time bomb with stacked bonus damage from Bone chill, cold blooded and Chilling aura. Use reversal to get out. Drop Blizzard in survivors path and spam free ray of frost to recover.

This build revolves around dealing long range damage consistently, with supplemental skills to keep enemies away, and archon form for spikes in damage.

sorry there is a mistake in my first melee build
so,i only use 70 arcane power every 120 second
summon the familiar, surround yourself with the ice armor use frost nova and wave of force to stun and freeze your enemies after boost your melee damage with magic weapon and attack with your weapon

Basic scenario:
- go to pack of mob
- Deep freeze (+15% crit)
- Wave of force
- Kill the remaining with ray of frost
- Prism+wormhole to the next pack

If case of trouble, use archon or port out

Notice that if you crit 10 mobs (likely with the +15%, you can spam wave of force)

Use Slow Time defensively with Wave of Force to keep melee attackers away and reflect projectiles. Disintegrate and Explosive Blast both have runes which increase damage and can work together to pin and corner foes. This build relies heavily on high weapon dps, but will be viable in PvP/PvM.

Solo Wizard build for Hardcore. Multi damage types, single and aoe damage with survivability.

first you transform into improved archon, summon the familliar(Sparkflint) and after attack with wave of force that knocks back and slows enemies of movement by 60% then you summon arcane hydra which is also slows enemies by 30% because of temporal flux and in the end you attack with aracane skills

It’s a balanced PvP build with both offensive and defensive spells. Deal arcane damage and slow the enemies down by Temporal Flux. Deal even more damage by Disturption. Protect yourselves with Galvanizing Ward and Diamond Skin. Teleport to health globes or to safety.

Magic Weapon, Energy Armor, Frost Nova effect, and Diamond Skin up at all times. Do this by spamming Spectral Blades with help from Critical Mass. Due to other passives and runes, you can’t be dealt damage more than 35% max life, and you have insane health absorption. Rest is filler.

This build uses familiar and astral pressence to keep arcane power at max while protecting her with energy armor for armor and resistance, and covers the area in blizzard while using disintigrate on other mobs and electrocute through crowds, she gains life per sec. and does add. dmg. to frozen mobs.

Lets see, arcane regen with any damage dealt. Zero casting cost of ray of frost + slow. Tele with massive amounts of illusions. They get too close wave force them away + tele them. Also summon helpers that will regen arcane as well. If you do get hit at 15% of your life mirror image and tele reset

Utilizes close-range AoE attacks for melee oriented combat. Defensive spells give protection while dealing critical damage both heals and reduces cooldowns of key abilities.

Disintegrate pierces + Convergence makes the beam very wide so it can hit multiple enemies,Glass Cannon and Familiar boost it to 224% dmg.Wave of Force with Impact pushes back further and stuns. With Astral Presence and Energy Armor with Energy Tap your resource pool will be at 140.

A melee poison PvP build. The goal is to buff the character with diamond skin and magic weapon, teleport in close (two decoys distract the player), frost nova to increase damage and slow attack speed, and then strike with spectral cuts (poisoning). Once diamond skin breaks, teleport back away.

this build focuses on teleporting into a group of enemy’s with ice armor on. And then spamming ray of frost (sleet storm). While constantly renewing blizzard (unrelenting storm) for some extra damage. Diamond skin soaks up damage and is advised to use, while archon is perfect for sticky situations!!

Control build,
You play frost control to slow and stuck your ennemies and then aoe with power.
The arcane orb is used to switch when mob resist frost.
permanent use of ice armor and mirror image, nova and teleport to take the advantage.

All ablities deal Arcane damage to interact with temporal flux. Magic Missle to spam, Arcane orb for AOE, Distengrate to wipe the board and Arcane Mines if enemies what to chase you, Frost Nova if you get backed into a corner and Archon last option if backed into a corner.

Main nuke is Blizzard. You open whit Frost nova, Slow time, Blizzard x2, hold down Ray of Frost :)

This bumps down your meteor cost from 60 to 42 minus 15 = 27, plus your excellent mana regen rate

Activate Storm Armor and run around enemies using explosion constantly. Use Shock Pulse and Electrocute to restore Arcane Power. Diamond Skin or Teleport when health is low. Arcane Dynamo and Glass Cannon for max damage. Galvanizing Ward for health regen.

Hers my Build please tell me what you think. The main concept is to Cast METEOR on a group of enemies. Then cast EXPLOSIVE BLAST and wait for a second to TELEPORT in. if there are still enemies left do some RAY OF FROST (sleet storm). You are now 7 seconds in and if there are still enemies doing dmg

I normally never play magic classes, however the ability to do so as a melee hybrid peaked my interested, behold the Battle Wizard.

High dmg and cc heavy frost wizard.
Can be adjusted into a more cost efficient build if the casting costs are to high.

The idea behind this build is you can kite enemies with arcane + 30% slow. Hit diamond skin, teleport in for free, do some major dmg with you’re 3 seconds of cheap spells and teleport out and continue to kite. If you get hit no worries, you have the +65% armor energy shield + 890 health/sec.

This build is designed with AP regen as priority nr 1. This is because you want to be able to cast spells like meteor and disintegrate as much as possible, and spend little time using the signature spells.

Whenever you are out of AP, using electrocute will grant you 24 AP!

Devastate Nearby Enemies.

With this build you dominate enemies closing in with AOE spells with Slow Time maximizing your damage. Lightning Blast and Storm Armor were added to take care of ranged attackers.

The point of the build is to engage a large packs of mobs, freeze them to gain the crit buff (in addition to Pinpoint Barrier) and nuke away. Numerous AoE crits should enable more frequent use of Frost Nova and Diamond Skin to ensure survival in close quarters.

Lots of synergy with lightning damage dealing stuns and recharging AP, and arcane damage snaring and spending AP. Cast Energy Twister x3, Electrocute to replenish AP and release a 4th ET. Rinse and repeat! Should provide good stuns/snares with WoF and Slow Time as defensive/strategic cooldowns.

With a 2-handed sword, Vit. gear with Attacker takes damage modifiers. This build will crush everything as all the abilities are based on Weapon Damage.

Pretty much put’s the frost mage from WoW to Diablo 3. This build has a Blink, Frost Nova with damage addition, time ward slow with damage addition, “Ice Lance”, Frostbolt (although with a heavy AP cost) and Ice Armor that is the same as Frost Armor. You will own. It’s OP

A nice frost build for the Wizard that utilizes the meaning of true sorcery.

DEFENSIVE – first distract enemy’s from you with your decoy’s and when running low on health using diamond skin to soak up damage
OFFENSIVE – slow time and familiar increase the damage of your main spell arcane torrent dealing 670%weapon damage (ONLY ACCURATE WHEN RIGHT INFRONT OF YOUR OPPONENT)

Ray of Frost and Chilling Armor (which should always be on) are used to slow the enemies, while Frost Nova and Blizzard will freeze them to increase dps and completely slow the enemy, Mirror Image should be active when facing mobs.

- reduce cooldowns for using skin and blast (synergy: pinpoint barrier)
- use blades for arcane power leech with prodigy and damage boost with arcane dynama

Nearly free casts of Ray of Frost and an AP dump of Comet, possibility of chaining frost novas when in trouble. Familiar and Storm armor always up for obtaining AP. Diamond skin doubles as a defensive maneuver and active AP regen. Possible only with 1.00 attack speed aka Staffs

Being a hardcore junkie, the first thing I had to make was a HC frost build. This has all 3 key components for a hardcore wiz build. 1. Survivabilty, 2. Both single target and AoE strengths and 3. Mana regen.

This is my melee wizard got some AoE and a lot of defense.

Black Ice is enabled by both of you damage spells and makes Comet hit harder than any other Meteor variant. Strong passive defenses allow for Glass Cannon which, along with Black Ice and Sparkflint, brings you up to a solid 50% passive bonus damage.

The idea is that so much lightning damage will be dealt and the stun will happen so often, defensive abilities won’t really be needed. However, Slow Time is equipped just in case.

Combines the damage increase from Conflagration with the Cold damage increase against chilled and frozen targets from Black Ice. Fire Bolts and Meteor should be cast first, followed by Blizzard, then Ray of Frost to finish off anything still standing.

Teleport to skip content and evade. Could switch out Teleport for Slow Time and get 20% bonus damage.

power up your meteors! they synergize with arcane dynamo and black ice. frost nova is used offensively to keep groups of enemies unable to move, allowing you to call down meteors on top of them with impunity. teleport and wave of force are escape abilities, and astral presence boosts AP regen.

Another variant of the melee wizard, with cold spells to reduce incoming damage.

The idea is that enemies will constantly be slowed, so much so that they’ll die before they reach you. Arcane Mines allows you to control battlefield positioning, as does Wicked Wind. Everything else will keep a good number of enemies all slowed at once.

This build relies on Arcane Orb and is very defensive in order to survive in Inferno.

Primarily uses ray of frost (free to cast), magic missile generates 8 arcane power to refill quick. Frost nova spam from frost nova with shatter rune and ice armor with ice reflect rune. Using meteor and explosion to clear groups of ‘frozen/slow’ enemies. Passive skills make it a bit more frosty :)

Enemies should have a pretty hard time trying to reach me while i can throw a lot arcane orbs to finish them off.
