So, I've been farming Izual for the NORMAL Staff of Herding Plans, And he still hasn't dropped it. If it just takes long to find just like the other ones, I don't mind. But, I just want to know he's not glitched. Because Chiltara dropped the gibbering stone instantly.
It took me about 12 runs to get the staff from normal. The nightmare/Hell and Inferno ones are pretty simple just buy them for 1g from a vendor. The drop chance is random, GL though.
