Hey all. Ok so I know most of you have tried seen or used something similar to this. For those of u who don't know about this. Will surely help. Ok start with gear. You will need atleast 20 to 25% crit chance. Preferably about 20k health and arcane power on crit, about 14 minimum. That's what I had when I developed this build. I'm not taking credit for being the first. But I did this concept idea on my own. After blizzard needed my attack speed build. Crit was my next choice. So skills that are a must; arcane armor-force armor, diamond skin-crystal shell, of course wave of force-forceful wave. For Dmg I suggest magic weapon. You will need twister with the wicked wind rune. That will be you're primary attack. You have room for one skill of ur choice prolly a signitre spell would be good. I use magic missile-seeker missile because it has great range and good Dmg. Bonus info. If u use the magic missile and it shoots pretty far, it will go further if it targets something befor it reaches it's point of dissipation. Thus enabling it to go further than any other spell. As for you're passive I suggest glass cannon for Dmg. And you must have critical mass. The third passive is up to you. I suggest u use arcane dynamo. After u charge 5 insights u get 75% bonus Dmg on next non-signature skill (wave of force already at 260% is now 335% Dmg. And it applies to ALL enemies hit by it! With just 40k Dmg and 120% crit Dmg boost u can do over 300k Dmg to a single target!!! Rare but I've done it. Ok so mechanics here is you want you're twisters out in a mob or surrounding a single target. The more guys u fight in a group the more Dmg u do the more Dmg u can take the more u crit and on and on. So bigger is better. Granted u can and will still die. After all this is inferno people. And this is not a super tank build. But u will be surprised what u can live through. So use twisters because Dmg stacks. Plus they each hit multiple targets and proc you're critical strikes more then any other skill in you're arsenal. Ok after you're couple twisters are up you can cast or before diamond skin. Run up and blast with wave of force for awsome Dmg to all in large area. Also then notice almost immediately after u cast you're wave you're diamond skin is already cooled down and you haven't even had ur last one expire! Recast diamond skin and wow look u can cast wave of force again! Don't forget to keep you're twisters up!!!! No twister means no crit! No crit means no diamond skin and you guessed it. No diamond skin means you DIE! Well Maby. We all have our moments of glory So with crits from twisters you can permanently keep up skills like time bubble, frost nova and permanently freez opponents for an entire fight! Come up with a design u like all u really need is twister and good crit chance. Godspeed to you all!
Ok couple things I wanna clear up. Keeping critical strikes happening left right and center with twisters is what you have to maintain to use wave of force as you're primary attack. My apologies for saying it was twister. Both skills are equally important however. With enough crit chance and Arcane power on crit opens up a lot more possibilities for builds like this but a bit different. I might post my favorite ultimate crazy awsome Dmg range build that shares a few concepts with this build. Which I will take credit for but I kinda like being the only one I've seen doing it so far...
