Damage comes in the form of his sole attack skill, Cyclone Strike. With the addition of Soothing Breeze, this becomes a primary group heal The rest of his skills are primarily for party enhancement and preservation. Breath of Heaven with Circle of Life makes for the best direct group heal in the game. Inner Sanctuary allows for some protection against large, fast moving crowds and Safe Haven adds health regen to prepare a wounded party. Serenity plus Tranquility gives the party a 3 second immunity to all attacks, allowing for tricky situations to be dealt with as they happen without fleeing. Heavenly Body adds extra health in the form of Vitality to Mantra of Healing, which makes for high overall party survivability. Lastly, Mystic Ally: Earth adds another bonus to vitality while providing the monk someone to heal when no other party members are around. His passives also allow for more healing when spending Spirit, a 16% buff every time a direct heal is used (i'm wondering how much this stacks) and Near Death Experience for a "get out of jail free" card. Overall this build would work phenomenally with a high damage follower, or any party.
This was one of my main concerns. Most likely it will come from swapping out a passive, if finding gear with Spirit regen is too difficult or the regen is too slow. But primarily it would come from items. Alternatively you could swap out Earth Ally for Air Ally and have your pet regen your spirit for you.
id say its a pretty good build (assuming you could generate spirit faster) everything is just theory until may 15 though..
