You're going to suck a lot of Mana with Plague Toads as your primary skill since it costs 34 Mana compared to 10 for Firebomb/Poison dart and 5 for Corpse Spiders. You also can't attack as fast with Plague Toads and they are launched and deal proximity damage should they hit an enemy whereas Poison Dart/Firebomb are aimable and Corpse Spiders seek out targets.

It appears that you've equipped Spiritual Attunement to try to help with the Mana drain but I might suggest using Corpse Spiders (since they are a pet as well) and swapping Spiritual Attunement for Jungle Fortitude which will help ALL the pets you are utilizing.

Good build! With all your pets your main character is definitely going to be sheilded from most mobs. I assume you're going to utilize a follower as well? Which one?

Plague Toads is probably not going to benefit you if this is a Pet Centric build. I really like the idea of the Searing Locusts and Rain of Toads combo. But as Todd said, mana management is going to be extremely difficult.

I would instead of focusing on Pets for this build, utilize more AOE attacks. Perhaps move Plague Toads into a utility slot and make your primary slot be Firebats or Firebomb (something a bit more spam friendly). That way your Zombie Bears, Toads, Locusts and Bats are all doing the majority of the damage while you focus on avoidance and mobility.

I would also suggest dropping Summon Zombie Dogs as their health is weak and damage output low in comparison to Gargantuan.

I think you've got a solid foundation, and good theme. I would just determine where you want to specialize and move even further in that direction.
