ok so after some diablo 3 updates they suddenly made the RARE items RARER which is pretty much worse than i have ever imagined... you know the rare items are already hard to find but then when you find one you'll find out that your magical item is freakin way better than the RARE one you picked up -_- some other players from nightmare to inferno shared out their weapon picks specially legendary ones, however it seems to be more type of trash than a legendary, the difference was only the damage.. my brother picked up a level 16 axe this afternoon but if you take a better look at the stats it's more like an increase percentage of HPs than DPS or additional damages... what's next for blizzard? nerfing skills? come on...
in recent changes... i was getting good rare items before the update but after the update it just went boom
